Hardfacing and Reclamation in Raigarh
SM Engineering Industries is an Authorised Reclamation Services Workshop of D&H Sécheron. We rebuild and hardface worn, high-wear components for steel, power, cement and mining plants, so they return to service instead of being replaced. All welding, repairing and hardfacing is carried out under the supervision of the D&H Sécheron Service Team.

What is hardfacing?
Hardfacing is depositing a wear-resistant weld layer on a component so it resists abrasion, impact and heat. It is used to rebuild worn parts and to extend the life of new ones.
Why reclaim instead of buying new?
Reclaiming a worn part can cost less than a new one and take less time than procurement, and a good hardfaced surface can last longer than the original.

Our welding and hardfacing is carried out under the supervision of the D&H Sécheron Service Team. We are an authorised D&H Sécheron reclamation workshop.
